Innovative fitness method HORA® TRANCE FITNESS was successfully tried out at the 10th regional youth educational forum “Ladoga-2018” — a method that prevents any exhaustion and development of addiction, including substances.

Saint Petersburg, Russia, July 6, 2018 (Translation of Globe Newswire release from Russian to English), the participants of the 10th regional youth educational forum “Ladoga-2018” were introduced to new innovative fitness HORA® TRANCE FITNESS. This fitness method event held within the framework of international youth anti-substance movement, which has been taking place for the past seven years in different countries.

The study of Motivation in Adolescence, led by R. Andrew Chambers, published in the American Journal of Psychiatry (2003) cited these facts:

  • Over 40% of adult alcoholics experience alcoholism-related symptoms between ages 15 and 19, and 80% of all cases of alcoholism begin before age 30.
  • The median reported age of initiation of illicit drug use at the beginning between ages 15 and 18 and rare initiation after age 20.

HORA TRACE FITNESS is a set of organized common exercises, with principally different content. It gives change to young people to prevent the development of negative habits, anxiety, self-belittlement and dependence on substances/narcotics. Moreover, it is fun, easy exercises, which bring a like-minded individual with a focus on the future. It is a movement for natural health and natural principles of evolutionary development of humankind.

Through the survey many feedbacks were collected from the participant in the innovative exercises at “Ladoga-2018” forum:

“Surprising, that such training involves so many muscle groups. I liked it a lot, and would like for it to be available in my region, ” said the participant of the forum, Irina Kuznetsova, 33 years.

Lera Petrushenki, 25 years, noticed “Very creative and diverse exercises. I have been doing sports and used to rhythmical and more energetic training. So I got charged up with buoyancy and positivism.”

Evgeniya Kovalevskaya, 19 years, pointed out “It is interesting, as it is more than simply training, but its furthers concentration of attention. A very valuable condition of satisfaction and calmness for anyone.”

Since 2011, HORA TRACE FITNESS and its predecessor HORA-TRACK, 100’s of anti-substance and anti-narcotic training sessions and master classes (large and small) are held across the world at university campuses or public spaces in Chicago, Moscow, St Petersburg, Astana, Almaty, Helsinki.
