Thus, it follows (gravitational unity of mind-body) that without awakening, recognition, and training of one’s natural instinct of anchoring/stability, any yoga, any breathing practices, any type of meditation, any fitness of the musculoskeletal system, any training of a spine, etc. ― is a continuation of the same destructive selection path present in humanity. Without natural-evolutionary stability/anchoring none of the practices are able to keep us from degradation.

What is important for one to hear, see, and understand: evolutionary stability/anchoring is easily tested with Practice HORA methods. Moreover, any anchoring, any system, no matter how ancient or modern, may easily be tested ― does it still have its inner essence? Unfortunately, today it is mostly an upscale imitation. Evolutionary-Basic Principles Program of Practice HORA ― is a practice, a method, of awakening one’s natural-evolutionary health, and its conscious and continuous training.

This method does not depend on the willingness of a person, whether the desire is present or not, ― the method works directly, through one’s instinct. Instinctive awakening of stability/anchoring, instinctive activation of the center of the abdomen, and instinctive breathing. This awakening and activation is uniquely individual for every person. This method is without any external suggestions, or autosuggestions of images, feelings, sensations and other illusions. There is no counting while one inhale, exhale, or hold their breaths for a period of time ― it is an element of mass suggestion. Prescribing that a person breath in such an unnatural way in order to recover his health is not how nature meant it to be, but the way it is done by the masses. This approach is nonsense for personal health, but it certainly might be a good thing for the army.

Minimal explanation of the essence of Basic Principles Program*:

  • Guaranteed awakening of the nature of the stability/anchoring instinct.
  • Instinctive natural stability/anchoring ― is a guarantee of awakening of the center in the abdomen.
  • Awakened center in the abdomen is indispensable in evolutionary health, meditative breathing, or any kind of yoga…or any kind of evolution at all.
  • Without an awakened center the awakening of the memory of natural-evolutionary survival and natural-evolutionary health is impossible.
  • Guaranteed stability/anchoring and awakening of the center in the stomach ― is a condition of training in concentration of instinctive natural attention, without which a human is degrading, because a thread of gravitational instinct of life, linking life of mind and the life of body, is broken.
  • This type of training of concentrated attention ― is a conscious, progressive natural type of attention, and it is different from ordinary, natural unconscious attention.
  • A conscious training of the mind-nature synthesis. This is a qualitatively different level; different from a human. It is another spiral of evolution.
  • Order: anchoring – attention – liveliness – youth. OTHER.
