Wilmette, IL, January 12, 2018, New training program HORA Trance Fitness designed to enhance teens and young adults revitalization, strengthening and growth is now available online

HTF fitness b1Wilmette, IL -- January 12 2018, Practice HORA USA (www.horausa.com) announces the release of a new, online training program called HORA Trance Fitness. For some time the founder of Practice HORA has been asked to create a fitness program that can be trained over the internet and works well for busy young adults. This online class will allow a worldwide audience to experience this training method that can manage the consistent emission of adrenaline, fatigue and tension common to teens, students, and working adults.  First Class: Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 9:00 am CST

According to the 2015 American College Health Association (ACHA) students reported that stress, depression and anxiety are the two prominent factors affecting individual academic performance, at rates of 30%, 14% and 22% respectively. National College Health Assessment 2015 study highlights that a 54% of students fail to meet the daily exercise recommendations. The NCHA study points out that it is possible for  mental illness, such as anxiety and depression, to be formed during the college years. Reverberations of poor mental and physical health may manifest in social and occupational troubles, causing continued interference in overall health and functioning. Because HORA Trance Fitness does not require specific conditions, equipment or readiness it is also an excellent program for Fitness4Finals (F4F) initiatives.

HORA Trance Fitness can be trained by everyone, not just athletes. With the correct technique, led by a HORA professional during training, a person submerges into calmness and simultaneously increases his/her ability to be ready for any activity. In this way, HORA Trance Fitness creates conditions for simultaneous training of incompatible opposites: dynamic action and deep calmness. This principle does not exist in the West or the East, neither as a physical training system, nor as an idea.
