A.V. Atayan method for influencing improvements in health (Practice HORA) consists of the concurrent usage of pose, pressure with resistance, gymnastics, and also breathing exercises, that produce sweat and growing heat in the body (allowing greater plasticity). These influencing exercises return function and form to the spine, improve the organs, give psychological relief and improve character in participants, and in personal health. In conducting research, seven research groups from the ages of seven to eleven were organized. Participants all suffered from various degrees of clinically poor posture and flat-footedness. Results of a correction program indicated that:
57% of children showed improvement in visibly poor posture, and
43% showed improvement in serious posture issues,
flat-footedness was corrected in 43% of the children participating, and 57% of participants showed improvement.
Selected Interviews with Tatiana Atayan-Hora in media
Tatiana Atayan-Hora's interview in magazine “Weekend.kz”
Interviewer: Tatiana, this is the second time I’m participating in HORA-TRACK Trance-Dance. I’m filled with admiration when I look at you. Your plasticity is unbelievable! I want to keep imitating your moves over and over.
I: Explain to me, what is happening?
Tatiana: You’re in a state of flying, and there is no fatigue. Why do we feel this lightness after the dance? The simplest explanation of it is because we are released from tightness, from the stereotypes, from the blocks that exist in every human being body. From this release comes the lightness. The whole body begins to liberate due to its vibration. Any emotion – positive or negative – is manifested in the body as a compression of a sort. Some areas of the body are blocked somewhere. And in our dance, the liberation happens by submerging into an evolutionary trance
I: How long have you been practicing HORA?
T: 22 years, since I was 17.
I: Have you ever tried stopping the practice?
T: Never. I’m sure that if there were no Practice HORA, I wouldn’t have a full life in the world that surrounds us today. HORA is life, it’s an energy, it’s a drive within you.
I: Do the practitioners of HORA experience crises?
T: By overcoming crisis, a person changes. This is a work of self-improvement. A person that is working through a crisis becomes stronger and more resilient.
I: You have a body of a young woman, your face is amazingly beautiful, your moves are graceful. Is that how Practice HORA has been transforming you?
T: A beautiful woman is a woman that attracts. A bee is attracted to a flower by its nectar she is attracted to it. Through the Practice, we fall in love with ourselves, and our inner energy, or inner light that attracts people, is awakened. Not only does the Practice awaken it, but it also makes it stronger, fills one up with it, and allows one to maintain it permanently. Everything begins to work differently; this is true youthfulness – health combined with endurance.
