The ability to perform as a cellist under stress and actually enjoy it has changed my life dramatically. Tanja Bechtler
The ability to perform as a cellist under stress and actually enjoy it has changed my life dramatically. My life mentally, physically and spiritually is at a much higher level now, so that I sometimes don’t even recognize the new me anymore. All I can say is that this is the life I want to live for the rest of my days. Every month when I train, and it has been 6 yrs now, I think "this is the best month yet". It’s hard to express in words how deeply HORA has changed me and how grateful I am to everyone who has brought this training to the people. I walk differently, I sit differently, I play differently and I have more patience and compassion towards others. Also I am more efficient and therefore more productive. HORA is connecting me to the person I want to be. HORA is a training that I only used to dream about.
