Practice HORA-TRACK exercises in the chair is an interactive program where person sitting and copying the leader's movements. This class last about 20 minutes. It is based on the principles of Practice HORA: correct body posture, proper breathing and proper concentration of attention. Only now it is done to the rhythm of a specially selected music in dynamic motion.
The HORA-TRACK Exercises in a chair can be low intensity, but the recharged results are incomparable to other forms of 20 minutes of physical activity. Training can be performed in work close.
